Community Involvement

Community involvement is one of the values that defines who we are as a firm. Each year, we donate a portion of our profits to charitable organizations, and one of our favorite traditions is allowing every team member the opportunity to choose a cause that is meaningful to them personally. This employee-driven approach allows us to support a wide variety of organizations making a difference in our communities and beyond.

In addition to our financial support, our team enjoys volunteering at various locations together. One of our favorite opportunities is serving meals at Neighborhood House, where team members help grill, prepare, and serve food to community members.

We have also volunteered at Kids in Need Foundation, Feed My Starving Children, Bridging, and Women’s Advocates.

These experiences allow us to connect directly with those we serve and reinforce our commitment to making a positive impact in our community.
