Amanda Byal is a client service associate at Allodium. Amanda understands that every client comes to Allodium with different experiences, priorities, and perspectives. She takes the time to get to know each person, listen carefully, and understand what matters to them. She believes that strong client relationships begin with trust, respect, and attention to wheteach client’s individual needs.

Amanda joined Allodium in 2026 with eight years of client service and leadership experience. Before joining Allodium, she worked as a supervisor at a busy, successful restaurant. In that role, she learned the importance of listening, paying attention to details, and making people feel welcome and well cared for. She brings those skills to her work with clients and enjoys helping each person feel comfortable and supported. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys spending time with her three dogs, Toby, Kacey, and Oakley, who are the center of her universe. She lives in the southern suburbs, where she likes to stay active by golfing, snowboarding, working out, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys relaxing with a good book and being with the people and pets she loves.
